Hon. Ogbara in a response to the Supreme Court’s decision to uphold President Tinubu’s presidential election victory also underscored the importance of this victory, emphasizing the crucial role of effective and strong leadership in the progress and development of the nation.

Hon. Ogbara emphasized the importance of this victory. She stated, “This victory underscores the strength of our democratic institutions. I remain committed to delivering the dividends of democracy to my constituents while contributing to the collective progress of Nigeria under the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.”

This legal validation not only affirms the integrity of the electoral process but also reinforces the democratic principles upon which our nation thrives. It signals a resounding affirmation of the people’s choice and trust in President Tinubu’s leadership.

The House Committee Chairman also highlighted the resilience and effectiveness of our judicial system, emphasizing its vital role in upholding democratic values. This, in turn, fosters stability, confidence, and provides a solid foundation for sustained national development and citizen engagement.

As the nation celebrates this legal vindication, it is crucial to recognize its ripple effects in promoting political stability, reinforcing democratic institutions, and ultimately contributing to the overall advancement of our great nation.
