Ogundipe Kolawole (Pseudonym) who is believed to be a septuagenarian has been spurned of the needed attention by the Lagos State Ambulance Service.
Kolawole who was found seated at Market Street, Ebute Metta (East), Lagos looks sick with swollen legs and bruises all over his body. As a result of this, the residents of Market Street called the LASAMBUS and a swift response was received by dispatching an ambulance.
The officials of LASAMBUS refused to take the man to a hospital, noting that he can only be evacuated from the scene by the State’s Welfare department.
A resident of Market Street, Rasheed Adeyeye said Kolawole was seen at Cementry Street yesterday before he moved to Market Street this morning.
Kolawole is in a critical condition with necessary medical attention urgently needed.
