The Lagos State Command of the Vigilante Group of Nigeria (VGN) has commended the peaceful conduct of the recently concluded Local Government elections across Lagos State.

The group also congratulated all the elected Executives and legislative arms charging them to ensure that people at the grass root are beneficiaries of dividends of democracy.

The State commander/Southwest commander ACG Olushola Jimoh Olawale and Comrade Agbodemu Ishola Musbau, Lagos State Head of Operations, in a press statement, noted that it is important that the newly sworn-in officials do not disappoint the citizens who voted them into office.

The group also assured that it will be willing to support all efforts to keep Lagos State, especially local communities, safe and secure.
