Pastor Samson Ajayi, of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, His Majesty Chapel Parish, Lagos Province 38, has urged Nigerian men to be responsible and support women to achieve their goals globally.

Recall that on March 8, women were celebrated for their achievements in academics, politics, economics, and social circles, among others.

While speaking in relation to International Women’s Day, Pastor Samson, as quoted, said, “Make your wife busy, empower her, and make her grow in the places of business and academic.”

Help your wife with the house chores and trust her with information about our finances. “Don’t turn your wife into a full housewife. Be open and trust her for anything. Let her have access to whatever you have as a man.

He advised men to also be security conscious and be traceable as a way of securing themselves.

“The world is full of evil, and bad news is everywhere. It is not right to disappear at home without your wife’s knowledge of your location. You must be accountable to your wife and children.

“Consciously or unconsciously, we are role models for our children and we have a great influence on what path they will tread in the future, he advised.

Speaking earlier, the President of Redeemer Men’s Fellowship, Barrister Ayoade Akinrotimi, said breakfast meetings are aimed at making members come together to the table just like Jesus did with the disciples.

Citing Psalm 133 as a reference, he added that the members gathered around the table to share prayers, brethren’s burdens, information, investment opportunities, and business ideas.
