The Second Chance Care Foundation is billed to hold the sixth Future Leadership Conference as part of measures to address the challenges of Leadership in Nigeria.
The Executive Director of Second Chance Care Foundation, Mark Idiahi said this ahead of its sixth Future Leadership Conference holding on the 30th of October at the Nigeria Institute of International Affairs and the award which will be held at Oriental Hotel.

According to Idiahi, the conference which is themed; “Transformational leadership: An Antidote to Nigeria’s Leadership Quagmire”, is part of measures to prepare the youths for the  future challenges of Leadership in Nigeria.

Idiahi mentioned that, “we are working assiduously towards ensuring that we use this opportunity to change the narratives of leadership in Nigeria. It is more obvious now than ever that the trouble and concerns about the issue of leadership in Nigeria will thrive without the appropriate workable model of leadership.

“As a nation, we have domesticated different kinds of leadership approaches in Nigeria but unfortunately they have all not been able to resolve our collective developmental issues”, he said.

Idiahi noted that, “it is a collective desire for most Nigerians that we have the right and appropriate model of leadership because the sufferings due to failed leadership have hit the roof. Hence, our quest for a transformational model of leadership in addressing the quagmires of failed leadership.”

The sixth edition of Future Leadership Conference is in strategic partnership with Chartered Institute of Strategic Managers and Leaders”.

Expected to grace the event are; Director General of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, NIMASA,  Mr Bashir Yusuf Jamoh, Managing Director of Fidelity Bank Plc, Nneaka Onyeali-Ikpe have been billed to grace the sixth Future Leadership Conference holding on the 30th of October at the Nigeria Institute of International Affairs.
