Children with hydrocephalus and spina bifida have joined millions of Nigerians to cheer on Hilda Baci, the Nigerian who has broken the Guinness World Record with the longest cooking marathon which she tagged cook-a-thon.
The children who visited the venue of the cook-a-thon, which took place at Amore Gardens, Lekki, were conveyed by Festus Fajemilo Foundation (FFF) as the guest charity at the event.
The FFF team and the children visited the venue of the cook-a-thon on Sunday when Hilda reached over 87 hours of cooking.
Mr. Afolabi Fajemilo, the Executive Director of FFF, in a Facebook post, shared that the children were part of the tasters of the food made by Hilda.
Hilda Baci has now reached her goal of breaking the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking by an individual at 100 hours 40 minutes.
The Guinness World Record has said it would conduct necessary evaluation before Hilda can be confirmed and announced as the winner.
