In commemoration of the 2024 Customer Week, observed from 7th to 11th October, Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited (BASL), operator of the Murtala Muhammed Airport Termina 2 (MMA2) in Ikeja, Lagos, has hosted and doled out gift items to its kingstanding customers.

In a statement by the Head of Corporate Communication, Ajoke Yinka-Olawuyi said the week-long event was in recognition of the exceptional contributions of its dedicated customer service team.

Also speaking about the customer service week, Acting Chief Operating Officer, Remi Jibodu, said, “At Bi-Courtney, we believe that every interaction is an opportunity to exceed expectations.

“Our dedicated team of customer service professionals is the heart of Bi-Courtney. Their passion and commitment to excellence drive us to deliver unforgettable experiences.

“Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited is founded on the principles of integrity, innovation, and exceptional customer service. We are dedicated to creating a positive and memorable experience for every traveller.”

Throughout the ceremonial week, BASL explored a series of events to highlight the achievements and hard work of its customer service representatives.

Furthermore, Jibodu also shared stories of customer satisfaction and groundbreaking moments, all well-documented and projected on its social media platforms.

“We celebrated with all the airlines that fly with us and recognised the outstanding customer service personnel of each airline. A certificate of recognition as well as a token was given to each of them to appreciate and further encourage them to keep up the good work,” he said.

Corroborating Jibodu, Yinka-Olawuyi reiterated BASL’s commitment to value addition, safety, security and the satisfaction of its cumulative 10,000 inbound and outbound daily air passengers, including shoppers, and visitors to the terminal.

She said, “Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited is committed to delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships with clients. We believe that our success is directly tied to the dedication and professionalism of our customer service team.”
