The second edition of the JustNet Transport Summit, organised by JustAlive Communications Limited, publishers of JustNet News, has been scheduled to hold on Friday, October 23, 2026, in Lagos.
The one-day summit, which would take place at Providence Hotel, GRA, Ikeja, Lagos, is with the theme: ‘Navigating Global Disruptions and the Road Ahead: Mobility, Energy and Trade Facilitation for a Resilient Future.”
The event is expected to bring together key stakeholders and industry leaders across aviation, road transportation, maritime, rail, energy, logistics and other critical sectors of the Nigerian economy.
A statement by the Managing Director of JustAlive Communications Limited, Mrs. Pearl Ngwama, said the summit would provide a platform for industry players, policymakers and other stakeholders to examine emerging challenges in the transportation sector and develop practical solutions for a more resilient transport ecosystem.
Ngwama said the summit would focus on strengthening collaboration among stakeholders while addressing issues around mobility, infrastructure, energy security, trade facilitation and the impact of global disruptions on Nigeria’s transportation system.
She said the objective of the summit was to facilitate robust discussions that would produce actionable recommendations and support the development of a more efficient, sustainable and future-ready transport sector.

The organisers said the decision to hold the second edition of the summit followed the success of the maiden event held in 2025, which provided a platform for stakeholders to deliberate on critical issues affecting Nigeria’s transportation industry.
