Award-winning and giant in the real-estate business, Webmark Group (Estate Services, Consult, and Foundation) held her customer appreciation and award dinner night in Abuja, to mark end-of-the-year activities, and also to celebrate their staff who have distinguished themselves in the well-being of the organization.
The event was well attended by dignitaries from different works of life, plaques and gifts of different kinds were given to customers and staff of Webmark Group.
The Managing Director of Webmark Estates Services, Mr Olapeace Ogunfile expressed so much excitement about how the organization has fared so well, though not without little hitches and challenges here and there. He said, “this event was put together to give back to society, we have been able to cut down the Price of lands in order to make it affordable to the average Nigerian since we came into the market”.
He emphasized further by saying that there are three categories of ensuring that all their clients can invest: Land Banking: Land Building: and Land Trading.
According to Ogunfile, “Buying the future now is essential using the right tools and Webmark estate services is the place to go. Bank your money into acquiring lands that will yield better ‘Return On Investment’ (ROI) in the shortest time”.
He stated further that the company is doing its part to reduce the housing deficit in Nigeria.
Also at the event, the Director of Webmark Empowerment Foundation, Mrs Alukwe Ugochinyere, said the event was organized to celebrate, create awareness about mental health, and appreciate their customers who have invested via the estate services and consults. In a remark, she said “foundation is the avenue to give back and to empower the communities where they are doing businesses by way of training, empowerment programmes and leadership skills”.
She noted that some certain criteria were used in selecting those that were awarded this year, to give them a boost and to encourage others to do more.
Chairman of the occasion, Alhaji Manigi Jubril praised all esteemed customers, subscribers and stakeholders of the company for believing in Webmark Group, and all its achievements for the trust being reposed on the company.
Alhaja Jubril reemphasizes that the story of Webmark is a story of resilience, determination, and creativity, with a diversification into capacity building and foundation coupled with giving back to the society.
The chairman also added that, the Webmark group business model is all about size, efficiency and service delivery, creating a niche for themselves in customer loyalty, delivery as promised and in keeping to their words.
Mrs Hauwa Umar and Mr John Egwa both of National Productivity Centre, attested to the principles of transparency, accountability, trust, reliability, dependability and of all straight forwardness of the staff and members of the organization, and that ever since they started doing business with Webmark they have never regretted it.
Highlights of the event included the choreography, Business Ambassador unveiling, video presentation, musical interlude and presentation of awards to staff and customers.
Some of the dignitaries who attended the occasion include; High Chief Amobi Tobe who acknowledged the wealth of wisdom from Director Webmark Estate Services, in collaborating on the ideal of land banking, land building and land trading which is a good concept.
