Blessing Oladunjoye Founder, BO News Service has been awarded as the overall best Higher National Diploma student of the 2014 set from the Nigerian Institute of Journalism.
The award was presented to Oladunjoye at the latest convocation held by the institution recently.
Blessing Oladunjoye studied Mass Communication at NIJ between 2009 and 2014 and specializes in Broadcasting. She has practiced in various media outfits as interns and staff ranging from the Osun State Broadcasting Corporation, OSBC, Radio Continental now MAX FM and Women FM 91.7. She has worked with the Rural and Urban Development Initiative, an NGO that works on human rights, housing scheme and demolitions in Lagos State. She currently works on women and girl’s rights issues and work with Center for Children’s Health Education, Orientation and Protection, (CEE-HOPE) where she work with vulnerable children in slum communities.
She is the founder BO News Service, a community news outfit.
