Nigerian Music Superstar, David Adeleke popularly known as ‘Davido’ has appointed a member of the Center for Citizens with Disabilities Board of Trustees; Mrs Titi Adebayo, as the chairman of his fund disbursements to orphanages and vulnerable persons across Nigeria.
Davido found Mrs Adebayo worthy to chair the disbursement of 250 million naira to various selected orphanages by the committee across Nigeria. The Committee has its secretary as; Professor Jonathan Nwosu and other members of the fund disbursement committee includes; Professor Yahana Joel Asabe, Pastor (Dr) Oyalabu, and Professor Uloma Onuoha.
While reacting to the appointment of Mrs Titi Adebayo as the Chairman of Davido fund disbursements to orphanages and vulnerable persons across Nigeria, the Executive Director of CCD; Mr David Obinna Anyaele, commended the music maestro for finding CCD’s Jewel and exceptional board of trustees member; Mrs Adebayo, worthy of chairing such a committee earmarked for carrying out an act of humanity towards the poorest of the poor in Nigeria.
It could be recalled that three days ago, Davido started an online trend of telling his friends to raise funds for him prior to his birthday, with the superstar getting a record of 75million naira sent to him in 5 hours, and a total of 200 million naira sent to him after three days, with him adding an additional 50 million naira, which he hinted would be distributed to orphans and the Paroche foundation in the next
